Additionally, we ask that you secure your pets to ensure their safety and allow our team to work efficiently without interruptions.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home. We can arrange key access or other entry methods if you are not home. However, if you prefer to be present, that is also fine.
  • What type of cleaning products do you use?
    We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products. We also offer eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning options upon request for an additional cost.
  • Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
    Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and have undergone thorough background checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
  • How do you ensure the safety of my home and belongings?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

    We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. Payment is due at the time the service is booked.
